je222 is not responsible for any unauthorized activity on your account. You are fully responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure.

3. Age Verification and Eligibility

21+ Only: je222 services are available only to persons aged 21 and above. Access to the gaming platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

By registering, you declare that you are at least 21 years of age. je222 reserves the right to verify your age at any time and may request a valid identity document (National ID, passport, or birth registration certificate) if required.

4. Account Usage Policy

User Responsibilities

5. Financial Transactions

  • Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
  • If there is a delay due to a payment provider issue, please notify the support team.
  • Funds deposited into the account must come from legitimate sources only.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.

  • Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method and the amount must come from a verified source.
  • Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
  • je222 reserves the right to suspend or reject a withdrawal in cases of suspicious activity.
  • Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirements attached to a bonus have not been met.

je222 complies with anti-money laundering laws. je222 reserves the right to notify law enforcement agencies in cases of suspicious financial activity.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

je222 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus offer has specific terms and conditions that will be stated on the relevant promotion page.

Welcome Bonus Terms

A welcome bonus of up to ৳8,000 at 120% is available on the first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x) — meaning you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.

  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
  • The bonus must be used within the time limit stated in the relevant offer.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
  • In the event of a breach of bonus terms, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.
  • je222 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7. Gaming Rules

All games available on je222 — slots, live casino, sports betting, and others — are operated according to specific rules. The rules for each game can be found in the relevant game interface.

General Gaming Policy

  • Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are completely fair and impartial.
  • If your internet connection is lost during a game, the game state will be saved on the server and you will be able to continue from that point after reconnecting.
  • je222 reserves the right to reclaim any winnings paid out incorrectly due to a technical error.
  • Bets placed on sports betting cannot be changed after they have been confirmed.

Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA World Cup and various leagues), kabaddi, and other sports. If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the staked amount will be refunded.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the je222 platform and, if identified, will result in permanent account closure:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses under different identities or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
  • Collusion — secretly coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Chargeback fraud — filing a dispute with a payment provider after making a deposit.
  • Using hacking, bots, or automated software.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial purposes.
  • Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of a minor.
  • Intentionally exploiting any technical error on the platform.

If prohibited activity is proven, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

je222 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
  • If it is proven that registration was completed using false information.
  • If suspicious financial activity is identified.
  • At the direction of a law enforcement agency.
  • In the case of an account that has been inactive for a long period.

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. Any pending bets will be settled before the account is closed and any valid balance will be returned.

10. Limitation of Liability

je222, its officers, employees, or partners are not liable for the following:

  • Loss caused by technical problems with the platform or temporary unavailability.
  • Games being interrupted due to internet connection issues.
  • Delays or failures in third-party payment processing.
  • Account information being compromised due to your own negligence.
  • The consequences of personal financial decisions made based on gaming outcomes.
